Next Amrit Snan:02 Aug — First Amrit Snan

Hosted by families, not front desks.

Our story, our promise, and the families who'll welcome you during the Kumbh Mela.

Our story

Started by neighbours helping neighbours find a bed.

Kumbh Homes began when a few Nashik families started hosting visiting relatives' friends during past melas — word spread, and it grew into a network of verified host homes across the city. We still personally visit every home before it's listed.

Our goal is simple: connect you with a family, not just a room, so your stay feels like being looked after rather than just checked in.

What guides us

Our promise to every guest

01

Verified, not just listed

Every host home is personally visited for cleanliness, safety and accuracy before it goes live.

02

Fair, fixed pricing

Rates are agreed upfront with host families — no surge pricing once you've confirmed a booking.

03

Support during your stay

A local helpline stays reachable in Hindi and English for the length of your visit.

04

Respect for the pilgrimage

Host homes are chosen for proximity to ghats and ease of movement for elderly guests.
